Amy is a Brooklyn-based director, writer, dramaturg, and producer of theater, film & television whose work includes Go Tell Your Fathers (Palm Springs International ShortFest, New York Independent Film Festival) and the forthcoming short, Fusion with Little Crush Films. Most recently, Amy served as the Casting Director and Co-Producer on the acclaimed Showtime Documentary Series, Couples Therapy for Seasons 2, 3 and 4. In theater, she has worked extensively on and off Broadway, including Cyrano, adapted by Erica Schmidt featuring music by The National and starring Peter Dinklage, and Heisenberg starring Mary-Louise Parker. Additionally, she has worked with the Manhattan Theater Club, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, Vineyard Theatre, The New Group, Williamstown Theatre Festival, New York Stage & Film, Red Bull Theater, The Play Company & more. Former Bob Moss Directing Fellow at Playwrights Horizons, Manhattan Theater Club Directing Fellow, and Member of the Lincoln Center Directors Lab. SDC associate, graduate of Yale University where she studied directing and cognitive science.
